Lei Repair:
Even with the best of care, sometimes a shell or a string breaks. As Leis age, the string may become frayed or brittle. We have expertise in Lei repair: restringing broken leis and matching shells to repair damaged leis. We can even restring your lei and add shells in order to extend it if it needs to be lengthened.

Workshops
For those interested in learning more about Ni'ihau shell leis we offer focused workshops. We'll bring to your location Ni'ihau shells of different types and colors for your group to see, and will exhibit leis of the types we show here on the web site. A talk with be given on the steps in lei making and then your group gets down to work. We provide an opportunity to clean shells and then with hands-on assistance, each person will have an opportunity to make a pair of Momi earrings to take home with them.
